https erobot store - Delivery of different and sub standard product

I have come across 'Smart Robot Vacuum Cleaner' on facebook as a sponsored Ad. After going through comments and reviews under the Ad I had visited their online store https://ohmydeals.in/products/smart-robot-vacuum-cleaner?variant=************** https://erobot.store/collections/top-selling-products/products/vacuum-cleaner and made a payment of Rs ****/- (order no ER****) on **.**.**** for purchase. I had received a sub standard defective product on **.**.**** which is definitely not the one shown in the Ad & online store. The delivered product is of some 'XIMEIJIE' make, the material is of sub-standard quality, colour of product is different, packing was not proper so that brushes have been deformed and even the name of the product is fading which may be due to prior use/low quality make. Upon switching the product it is having a random path having mechanism similar to omni directional made in china toys available in the market . It is definitely not a 'Smart Robot Vacuum Cleaner' and is not worth Rs ****/-

I have mailed them to return the product in the same condition and sought refund of money as per refund policy specified on their website. I haven't yet got any response
