Thomson TV from Flipkart - Delivery of Defective Product

The product was defective when the day of installation done by their authorized technician.
Corners of the TV have backlight bleeding problem, (white light covered by the corners of the TV). Reported to Flipkart, they've mentioned my status of return/replacement to pending state. The technician came again to check the problem, and his manager simply explained that was a default problem in their high clarity panels of the model. That was not acceptable. The same model, the same TV don't have this problem. I've paid for normal LED TV, not a defected one for stupid reasons. I don't need a technician to my home again, replace your TV or refund my money back. Don't act too smart with consumers, we know what is a feature and what is a fault
