Hi, I had ordered a few products from the website ‘Ditch The Guilt’ (Order Id- #******) and it’s also been prepaid. During the payment process it showed that the shipping will be done within a day but it’s been over * days now and I haven’t received any email or sms related to my order. Now while checking the internet it’s showing that most of the customers have filed a complaint against the company regarding their non-delivery of items and a non-responsive customer care. Also I’m myself not being able to contact them neither through WhatsApp nor Email. Therefore please help me get back my refund asap.
