Assamclicks Com - Delivery not done

I have ordered a bamboo bottle on *rd January **** for Rs.*** with order number **** in AssamClicks website. I have messaged to the number given in the website about the delivery on jan* and he told it will be delivered within ** days but still this day(**-**-****) it is not delivered yet and the person is not responding at all for all the messages i have sent. Kindly Solve the issue and make arrangements for refund or delivery. Kindly do the needful.
