DTDC master franchise shamshabad - Delivery Issue

I had sent a package (H********) sent *th October, **** to MEDCHAL . It was sent from HYDERABAD When I checked in the DTDC website on, it showed that In Transit.
But the fact is that IT WAS NOT DELIVERED AND NEITHER DID ANYONE CALL THE NUMBERS mentioned on the package.
When I call the customer support, no one takes the call. The same happens with the destination branch in MEDCHAL.
DTDC HAS DETERIORATED TO SUCH A PATHETIC STATE THAT THEY ARE ENCOURAGING CHEATING AND FRAUD.
SHAME ON DTDC !! my parcle was missing... please give me my parcle to return back.
