Meesho - Delivery guy refused to deliver

I placed order for pillows on *th November. From around **th or **th November I started getting call from the delivery guy (to be delivered in Bangalore) and he would just give * ring and disconnect and never pick calls if I immediately call back or he would just pick up before evening listening to me just shout something in Kannada and disconnect before even listening to me and I would get a message saying delivery guy has changed the order date. This is happening since almost *days now. I made my husband talk to him as I am in my home town and not in Bangalore and the guy said him he will try coming he is not sure, end of the day if he feels like he will let us know, my husband even asked him that where he is and my husband will himself go and collect it from him, but to that also he did not respond.

Yesterday when the guy called I just asked him to cancel the order but I have not received any confirmation on that yet. I do not wish to have the product anymore and I had already paid for it while ordering. Kindly cancel the order and refund me the amount of Rs. ***/- that I paid for it asap. I had even called the contact number from the App and after **mins when some again finally picked up all he kept saying was he can't hear me, mailed them too but no response.
