DrTrust - DELIVERY FAILURE OF PAID ITEM

My order no. is ***** and its already paid (**** INR). Even after repeated mails, I never got a response from them and now its showing item is undelivered but never received call from delivery executive. today morning got a mail that its out for delivery and now its showing item undelivered. but nobody even tried to call for the delivery. this is utterly disgusting service and would never recommend anyone to avail this service. kindly check on this if possible.
