AWB:*************** Xpressbees is holding one of my couriers since last ** days. They delayed the courier initially and then I was not available for a couple of days. Now the delivery guy is visiting my society since last * days but not delivering my package. The customer service executive including headquarters guys are like robots with standard messages feeded in their system.
