Mars Indane Gas Service - Delivery charge demanded by delivery boy

Delivery charge of Rs. ** charged by the delivery boy for Indane LPG delivery to my house within * Km distance. The receipt was provided only for cylinder charge and delivery charge was levied on top of this. He didn't give any bill and refused to deliver cylinder if charge not provided. Only my wife was available at home and out of fear and limited knowledge gave the money he demanded.
