I ordered a cake and card for Parents Anniversary to Nagpur for which the amount was deducted from my account and one hour before delivery they cancelled my order saying they do not provide service at the chosen location and issued some voucher which i clearly cannot use as the do not provide service at my location. I have been constantly requesting them to refund my payment but the conpany is non-responsive.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
