Today delivery man was coming for deliver my product he got my OTP and said your product is there in building ground floor in bag and still time he is not coming to deliver the product. Also provided number as *********** picking but automatically cut my call.

Please take action against him and ensure me, Ekart company is trustable to customer or not?
