The delivery boy of ekart logistics refused to provide doorstep delivery.
My house is on the first floor and he left the package (which is quite heavy for a woman) on the ground floor and left.
Isn't it the duty of the delivery executive to ensure doorstep delivery??
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
