Deepanshu Verma filed complaint against Meesho on Jun 9, 2025
I placed an order on the Meesho app on **th May ****. After repeated follow-ups with customer support due to delayed shipping, I finally received the product on **th May ****.
Upon checking, I found that the product was too small for my size. I immediately requested an exchange on the same day (**th May) for the correct size.
On *th June ****, a delivery agent from Delhivery courier contacted me for the return pickup. I handed over the original product to him. When I inquired about the replacement, he informed me that another delivery executive would bring the exchange item separately. I agreed and waited.
However, within ** minutes, the Meesho app showed that the exchange was successfully completed, but no product was delivered to me.
I immediately contacted Meesho customer support, but instead of resolving the issue, they kept repeating generic responses. To my shock, they also falsely claimed that the exchange was completed through OTP verification — but I never received any OTP, nor did I share one with any delivery person.
To escalate the issue, I also wrote a formal complaint to Meesho's Grievance Officer, Mr. Murthy SN, but I have not received any response or assistance from him either.
As of now, I have neither received the correct product nor a refund, and the order is wrongly marked as delivered in your system. I feel cheated and misled by the platform.
