Delivery boy lied about the parcel yesterday (*/*/****)he called me up and i was busy to pickup the call so later at evening he again called me and i spoke to him he told that by today(*/*/****)he will delivered my parcel then i said ok ,yesterday he asked me for OTP i gave him OTP and he told me that he will delivered my parcel by today i wait till evening but he didn’t called me ,so i directly went to Ekart office then the staff of office was unable to track my parcel because of delivery boy yesterday he cancelled my parcel but at last i didn’t got the parcel.
