My order was booked "Healthmug.com" vide **************** Dated: **-**-**** , Estimated delivery is **-**-****. through Ecom Express AWB.No. **********. from Sagar Medical store Distributor to Tupran Town Via Gajwel near about ** Kms away from Hyderabad Telangana. Ecom express sent Nizamabad to Nagpur once Gurgram, Haryana so llike that. But it is still awaited stating that customer is not available. It wrong status by the Excom express.in where the delivery boy calling us but he is making any delivery to us. We booked Medicines from Healthmug.com for treatment of patient in time to reach. Due to negligence of Ecom express we faced lot of suffering bad result with rushing to Hospital for further treatment, it result about Rs. *,**,***/-Hospital charges for not receiving in time medicines. Please Co-Operate and Look into the matter for justification.
