delivery agent refuse to open the parsel though during buying there is term and condition that first open the box infront of the delivery agent check no damage all items there then share the otp but without checking you receive then damage or missing found then no return but your delivery agent not listen and take away the samples by roudly talking
please help me to resolve my problem
