First time I've placed the order with order number: TK*******, because the order was never delivered as TKAMEEZ dint mention the address properly, due to which the courier service couldn't find my location and returned the order back to TKAMEEZ.
After sending them *-* emails and putting all the efforts, they credited the amount to TKAMEEZ wallet.
So this time I placed the order again with order No : TK******* and they delivered the order, but all the items in the parcel were completely different from what I've ordered.
I've again sent them emails this time as well, but there is no response from there side until now.
Based on my experience with this website, I've understood that they are doing fraudulent business by taking money from the customer and not providing the promised goods as shown on the website.
And also the returns and exchange policy they have is pathetic and none of the ecommerce websites have such policies.
***% bogus and fraudulent business and services.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
