I got a kitten from them on **th March. One of their representative Shumaila told me just before the delivery that the kitten has got a small nail mark by himself, so no need to worry. I took the kitten trusting them.

The mark started growing the next day and upon taking him to the vet I have got to know the kitten has serious fungal infection which I think most of their cats are infected with based on the numerous reviews. They started ignoring my texts and calls.

Upon constant follow up a representative named Noor (whose number is on the website’s WhatsApp button) called me and started defending the fact that they lied to me and delayed the treatment as well. Not only this, she was shameless enough at the end to start shouting and use foul language when I told her I would reach the concerned authorities.

I was avoiding local catteries as I did not want to support unethical breeding but they turned out to be most unethical of all. These people are big time frauds and I regret supporting and paying to such a business.

They lied and the kitten was deprived of the correct treatment early on due to them. They do not care for the little kittens at all and play with people's sentiments as well.

There are even numerous reviews of them on sites like mouthshut and quora where people have even complained about kittens dying just because of their irresponsible ways of treating kittens.

I have paid INR ***** for the kitten plus I am regularly paying for the vet and medication. But money can be considered secondary as they have brought enough pain to the little kitten and also this fungal infection has a very rare chance of spreading to elderly and kids. Their behavior has also brought in the risk.

I have their complete chat and the call recording which is clearly evident of this complaint and their rude, unprofessional and irresponsible behavior.

Please help to bring justice to such people if your team can consider.
