I have booked a One plus *T refurbished mobile through WhatsApp no took from Olx for ***** Rs. on * Feb ****. Paid *** Rs through Paytm and ***** on cash on delivery. Received absolutely wrong mobile of Micromax company on * Feb ****. I have shared images of their WhatsApp number about wrong product delivery and request for the refund. But since last Month, they have not proceeded for my refund nor responding to my call. They are making me a victim of online fraud. Kindly help me.
