I ordered Phillips Viva collection hd****/** Induction cooktop in dealclear.com website on **-**-****.They delivered Surya Spark and blaze induction Cooktop( Cheap product) on **-**-**** through Think logistics delivery partner.I raised return request (No. ****) in website and they replied through mail. I replied them with required details including photos immediatly on **-**-****.They didn't respond till now. I didn't fully opened the wrapped cover on the Product till now.The company never responds to phone calls, messages or emails.
