Ladyavtaar com - Delivered wrong product and not ready for return and refund

I had placed an order of a product from ladyavtaar.com on **th Nov ****. The product was delivered on **th Nov ****. The product which I have received is totally different and at of cheap quality. I had paid ****.** rs for the product on delivery. As product was not the same i had contacted them for delivering wrong product they didn't answer the call, didn't reply to the email, and didn't reply on wats app number which they have shared on the site. When I checked their fb page I saw same complaints from different customer.
Whenever we place order on their site they give us call to confirm the order, so I placed one more order and once they called for confirmation I asked them about the return policy but they hang up the call.
The return policy on their page says customer need to return product within * days but they didn't mention the address where product needs to be returned.

Now my money has gone and they are not answering, replying to any of the queries raised through email, wats app and call. Please fo something so they should not bluff more people.

Attached evidences for reference for the product which was ordered, product which they delivered and the email and the conversation on wats app which they are reading but not responding. Attaching fb screen shot as well where similar complaint has been raised.
