Royaloak incorporation Pvt ltd - Delivered wrong product and not cancelling my order

My name is Sunil A. I have ordered office table online from Royal Oak incorporation Pvt ltd on **.*.** by paying Rs ****. As per booking confirmation it says delivery date is **.*.**. However, they delivered product on **.*.****. They even not delivered product that I have ordered. Delivered wrong product. They said they will replace in next * days. And installation will take another * days. Since My office inauguration was on **.*.**** I have sent a mail to them to cancel the order and refund my money back. I even called them more than ** times. All were saying they will escalate the issue to online dept and rectify it. But they have not done anything about that till today. When I call daily they used to tell the same story. I even have sent * mails to them for cancelling the order.
Because of them I m not able to do my work and lost Rs **** income and also lost my clients.
