Chrono Craft - delivered wrong product

I purchased a watch from Chrono Craft, which operates through the Instagram page named daily_watches_***.

Payment for the product was made at the time of delivery to the courier service Xpressbees.
Upon opening the parcel, I found that the watch delivered was completely different from the watch I ordered.
Immediately after discovering the issue, I attempted to contact the seller multiple times through phone calls and messages. However, the seller is not answering calls and has not responded in any manner.
This act of delivering a wrong product and then refusing to respond amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and cheating, causing me mental harassment and financial loss.
