I order a Ipanema women green sliders from myntra rs ***. But when on ** Aug **** I received it was wrong product then I complained to customer support and they told no return coupon was used so it is only exchange then I request to exchange it and on ** Aug a delivery agent come to exchange product but they not exchange it and tell it is wrong product and exchange on hold then I talk to customer care but they not solve my problem and not return and exchange
