Lehenga Bazaar - Delivered wrong misrepresented defective and missing piece under the name of No refunds Policy

They scammed me by delivering me the wrong product and simply said we have no refund policy and exchange
My reason for not to exchange :
*. They ask me to courier by myself ,pick a item of higher prive and pay online and also *** rupee extra
*.I wanted it for diwali then why should I wait for more days
*. When Consumer Right Protection act **** says that Even under “No refund” policy a consumer has to be given refund under Section *(**) , misleading prodcuct , Section *(**) defective product , section *(**) unfair trades.
I want my refunds back bcz I got literally Unstiched , transparent material , Totally different border product , and also a belt was missing . I dont want to trust this process again
