I, Aarya Nanda Sajan, placed an order through the seller ShipFast for Combo of * Women’s Cozy Sweatshirts (Stylish Winter Pack | SS-** | Size XS) on ** November ****, under Order ID: SSB*****, for ₹***.** under Cash on Delivery (COD).
Before the product was shipped/delivered, I sent an email and a message to the seller requesting cancellation of the order, as I did not want the product. I clearly asked them to cancel the order and issue no shipment.
However, the seller ignored my cancellation request, and still delivered the item.
Since it was a Cash on Delivery order, I had to make the payment of ₹*** to collect the package, even though I had already cancelled it.
Upon opening the parcel, I received an old, used, rugged garment, which is completely different from the advertised sweatshirt. This is a clear case of:
✔ Wrong product delivery
✔ Forced delivery despite cancellation
✔ Deficiency in service
✔ Misleading representation & unfair trade practice
✔ Non-response to complaint & refund requests
I immediately emailed the seller again, shared video proof of unboxing, and requested a full refund, but the seller did not respond.
