I ordered a chocotruffle ice cake which was ₹ *** /- . After which I got a link mentioning that I have to pay *** rupees for delivery .I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money back. But they said there is NO REFUND POLICY . So I asked them repeatedly to refund, becausei couldn't see terms and conditions anywhere in their website. They asked to see through pc / laptop. I didn't have one. After which they said we will deliver without any delivery charges. But instead of ice cake they gave me butter cake. Seriously they made me so much angry by replying rude and hanging up the phone. Very worstly they did. I'm very much disappointed because of this. I asked for replacement. They said NEITHER REFUND WILL BE GIVEN NOR REPLACE WILL BE DONE. If u want u can keep the cake or otherwise u can send it back but u won't get the money back . Really very much frustrated by this. Fraudulent ppl like them should not be allowed to do business in online platform. Government should take some strict action against these kind of inhumane ppl.
