Supplier prahit vastram - Delivered total different product from purchase product

I had to ordered kurti and plzo set and i have received one blue colour laging but i was not order to it while I am raise request for return or exchange messho is Denied for this they said this is not policy how it should be possible if this is not my mistake so why I am survive this bulshit
