Ekart Logistics Courier - Delivered product which I have not ordered

Today my received * parcel of INR **** that cam through ekart logistics with the courier AWB no: SHYC**********. When we opened the parcel found that we haven't ordered any product like this. Courier boy is saying since the address and contact details are written. there, so he has just delivered. I tried to reach Flipkar also, they are saying there is no order from them. Tried to reach out eKart customer care but every single no I found on internet are not reachable.
I need he amount refunded and take a drastic step against this sort of fraud activity.
