GL Electronic - delivered low quality mobile

i have ordered a mobile which is Redmi note * in lucky chance sales but, they have delivered me maxfone which worth of less than rupees *** .i have sent them messages through e mail and i have sent them letter with supporting document there's no response from them.they said their deliver person will come and collect the mobile but no one has come .i have ordered in the month of July, *rd **** .
