Www.trendyshirtsonline.com - Delivered items are not same as ordered items

I come across trendyshirtsonline shopping portal a month back on a social media platform and casually browse the site. they have displayed pretty good designer shirts and jackets on their item list with combo sets and they have mentioned offers as *** for * designer shirts. After looking at the shirt design i was interested to buy on set and order one set. Order value is *** which include ***/- for delivery.
after a week I got the delivery and I was happy to have some trendy looking shirts in my wardrobe. when I opened the parcel I got shock of my life when i saw the shirts. It was sooo cheap quality shirts with worst stitching in the world. I have order XXL size and believe me the received junk is of S size shirts. I was so annoyed with this experience and immediately called on the numbers mentioned on the invoiced attached on parcel. Also they have not mentioned the supplier details. Only thing on the invoice is my details with some contact number for return of goods. I tried on the mentioned number in which one number belongs to courier who delivered which is busy all the time and other one is customer care number which comes busy whole day. then i used other option on their website to return of the material but no update on that too. I was frustrated and decided to go write them on the mentioned Email ID on their website. I have written a detailed mail to them for which they have replied by saying that they are looking into this issue and will get back to me. after couple of days I have again reminded them and got a reply with same apology and statement that they have informed supplier to look into this matter. after this mail there is no update for * days and then again I written to them and warned them that if I didn't get resolution then i will go to consumer forum. still waiting for their reply. From this experience what i have understood is that this site is cheating with consumers by showing designer cloths on their website and when some one order they sent cheap quality ordinary shirts.
We can understand their cheat mentality with one thing that they have mentioned on their web site return/ refund policy that they will not do any refund and item quality may be poor. Poor quality is acceptable but when you are sending cheap quality items which are not at all matching with order items then its a proof that they are cheating customers only. I am requesting all if any one come across these cheaters then don't order anything.
