Hello Team,
I was ordered saree on queenget.com. Please find the order details as below.
Order ID: *****
Order Date: **th Januray ****,
Amount: Rs.***/-.
I received item other than described in order so that I was trying to return the product by calling on ********** but unable to reach on this number even after continuously trying the number for last two days.
Then I wrote the email on care.queenget.com but delivery gets failed of this email. Please find the attached email screenshot for the delivery fail reason.
In this case how we can connect with them to return faulty item and get refund of the money.
Could you please help us to get this done.
