Punaaya - Delivered item is not same as original item

I have ordered a dress worth rs**** from punaaya.com..i received the item on *st January..after receiving the order I found out the delivered item is absolutely different from original picture..I have send a return request and also called their customer service many times but there was no reply after that I send an email to them so they asked me to send the details and return reason etc...I send those details too not only once but many times but there was no reply again...it's been already more than ** days they are not cooperating with me about the return process or refund
