Pizza Hut - delivered food is which is not upto the mark and when complaint received police and death threats fr

i had an order which was around *.* years back which i complaint that time itself but was not taken care of while i was new in bangalore i also almost forgot then few days back i was thinking of order from pizza hut and then i suddenly remember this incident so i raised a feedback and then i got a call from store manager and saying rudely why u raised a ticket you can call me my number is everywhere on internet but that i ignored then after so much of argument he said he can deliver * pizza free on my next order which i didn't accepted i asked for the full order remake or else i will write to higher authorities then he said he will take the help of legal department with help of local police then i got pissed off and i warned him that he have to pay off for his words // Then after * to * hours i got a call and he claimed himself as area manager of pizza hut and i told him all the scenario and he said i need some time to check and the next day i called him and then he said " OK we cant deliver to your doorstep as it is old order because we have to show this in audit but we can offer you for a takeaway "
I accepted his offer and said yes
den after few hours i called him and said as i cant come and i will send "dunzo" guy he will pickup on my behalf on my cost then he said no sir
actually i wanted to talk to you so you only need to come to outlet for that i replied say what u wanna say
he said only u have to come
and when i started asking for the reason

he blocked me on whatsapp and trough phone calls

then all came to my mind that he was not a area manager he was just a friend of that store outlet

who had some plans that's why that store manager and his friend made this plan to call me at some place to do something with me which i cant even imagine which can a treat to my life as well
i went to shock
when i realize all this and i was too lucky and i choose not to go by myself or else i wont be able to write and complaint as well
i think he is a psychopath
