Housewife - Delivered fake product

I ordered a tummy belt...but when I receive it ,it wasn't that product. It's a small piece of cloth totally different from the picture which on website .when I call costmer care no. No is nt working .I mailed so many time but response from them I hv mail all pic regarding this but no one is responding.
