Risingme - Delivered Duplicate Item and not responding

I have noticed an ad from Risingme regarding the crocs lite ride slipper. I ordered a pair of slipper. I have recieved a poor quality product in one week, Paid money **** rupees, I hhvae contacted them via mail and Watsapp chat, no right reponse from their end and not accepting their fault as well. Am keeps on msging and mailing them, no response now. But till the item get deliver they were responding me very.
