I have booked a fastrack watch from your pickadeal.in website with a discount offer given **th August **** with I have received and paid the money on **th September ****. But, when open the package I realized that the product is duplicate one with heavy damaged Item. I have attached the images of the product received from your end.

I have tried to contact your helpline number "****-******" and e-mail helpdesk "support@pickadeal.in" several times but, yet to connect the call due no response and busy and didn't get any reply from them.
