Sukkhi.com - Delivered different product and return not initiating

Respected Sir / Madam,

I have ordered an item from the website Sukkhi.com on *th February **** and received a different item on **th February ****.
I have started return on the day of receipt of the item. As per the Sukkhi policy, they must return the item if there is some issue.

Now the Sukkhi.com is not responding to the return request and communication mail. Sukkhi.com is entirely responsible for delivering the wrong item and not initiating the return. Please take some necessary steps so that online cheats can be discovered and frauds must be punished.

Enclosing the photo of the item I have ordered and a photo of the product I have received (I have ordered single thread Mangalsutra but received double thread which is visible from the enclosed image), Communication emails, and return requests.
