Music on High powered by Shiprocket - Delivered different and damage product

I ordered on **.**.**** a Combo of Wireless Bluetooth headsets and Bluetooth Earbuds of amounting Rs. ****.** from Music on High which was powered by Shiprocket. They delivered on dated **.**.**** through Ekart Logistics but I found a different product inside the packet i.e. a single Headphone which was also a damage one.
I tried their customer care numbers but the same was not valid. Please find the necessary details stated below:
