Get buy - Delivered damage product

I have order a remote operated car from paytm, they have delivered damaged product, immediately I raised a return request more than**days back. They have accepted it but till now they haven't picked up the return product.. when I called them to return my money they are telling until product received they won't initiate refund.
Please he us on this. Posted is in twitter but no use.
