Hi, So we had ordered ** aluminium foldable picnic table from GSM Enterprise/Universal Trader. So we Transferred Rs ***** each in GSM Enterprise and Universal Trader account. Total of ***** INR. We asked them to ship the tables to our client in surat. When our client received the parcel * out of ** tables were broken and damage. Our client has taken pics and video of the same and sent us. When we asked GSM enterprises for refund or replacement they said they can do nothing about it.
