I ordered a watch from the website nailzvilla.com and the delivered watch has scratches all over it and the bracelet along with it was missing. It is a used product and i want my money back for it. Could you please help with this. There is no phone number or return option or any means in the website. It was delivered via bluedart. Order id : **** Courier : bluedart
