Received an empty package on **th of january ****.
Informed meesho help centre about the empty package the same date. Help centre told to return the empty package.i did as per the help center said...but they are not picking the package and giving reasons...again I spoke to meesho help centre about the refusal of picking the package...now they are apologising for their mistake...but not giving a refund or exchange
