Zeposhop sent me a HB******RBC (**** mAh) battery instead of the HB******RBC (**** mAh) battery that I had ordered. This battery is not compatible with my device.
Consequently, I wish to return it, but their website's My Order section is not having a return or replacement option. Please assist me in returning this order and receiving a refund or replacement because Zoposhop is currently not responding to my calls or emails.
