Elenkay - Delivered a defective product

I purchased a cooler brand Name Elenkey. After using only for few hours it started making sound and the ice cube box water was not escaping/removing. So next day i contacted to shopkeeper telling him the problem. He said he will send the engineer to check it out. The engineer came and checked the product and said that the problem is with motor and its a defective piece. I again contacted the shopkeeper and asked him to replace the product. He ensured me that he will change the product but even after * days my cooler still not replaced . Please help
