Ethnickhazzana - Deliverd wrong product

I order dress anarkali from ethnickhazzana ,and they deliverd me worst and cheap cotton dress ,immidetly i send mail as well next day i called +************ in this num as they given in there site after long trying they answerd my call and they talk badly way, they said they will check and let u know but since * days no mail reply even they are not answerig my calls.
Plz take a action on them they really made me fool and they making fools lot of ppls..
