lopore - DELIVERD POOR QUALITY PRODUCT

I ordered one piece of kurthi from lopore.com on **/**/**** at rs:****. Received on *nd of august at that time amount paid by cash. product quality,size material and design entirely different from the details given in the website. i requested for refund on the day of delivery by mail request. But not yet received any confirmation details. i found the shopping site on Facebook. at first they replied all my messages. after my refund request they not replied once. e-mail: care.lopore@gmail.com this is the mail id they given for send refund request. In their facebook page there is no comment under their posts i posted many comments but they removed them.
