Lotus market - Deliver status not changed and received a complete wrong product

I ordered three pairs of jeans on ** July and received them on ** July and I also got a message from Meesho that I will be receiving my order on ** July and the amount I have to pay is **** although the amount on my order was *** I thought it was not free delivery and payed them as shown in the message later on I checked my product and instead of jeans I received two leggings and bodysuit and they were also all dirty and then I checked the meesho app to return my product but they have been showing that the delivery will be on * that of Aug although I already received my product I waited for more than ** hours for the delivery status to change so that I can return my product it's been * days now and the delivery status haven't changed yet I even called in the help center they just said that it was taking them some time to get the information on why the delivery status haven't changed yet. I have payed for the things and after * days they wouldn't be taking the product right although it hasn't been * days yet but I can't wait anymore.
