Amazon Delhivery - Deliver agent took extra money
Himanshu Singh filed complaint against Amazon Delhivery on Oct 28, 2021
My order id is (***-*******-*******) which is Delivered on ** Oct. This is a mobile exchange order and During delivery your Agent took *** rs From me for exchanging process and he told me that he have to give this amount to his Seniors for exchange orders processing and i have to give him *** rs Cash.
Next day i complain about this on amazon customer service but they denied to any of this and didn't take any action.
