I had the worst experience with the Delight Financial Services((SEBI regd: No.INA*********) as they incurred me a heavy loss of nearly * lakh by giving me inaccuracy stock calls even after joined in Premium Service (BTST and Intraday Combo options service subscription)in just one month and I was losing money regularly.
Initially, I joined in basic service with Rs ****/- in November **** by assuring SEBI registered company (SEBI regd: No.INA********* , the stock calls were not positive and I was told to upgrade to higher/Premier service to gain maximum profits in stocks. They forced me to upgrade the service by luring the bigger profit (premium service cost: Rs *,**,***/- I paid). When I joined in the premium service, then I happened to incur loss every day and overall I incurred heavy loss (Rs *,**,***/-) in just one month.
Though I worked on the guidance of the delight telephonic support team and executed trade as I had opted premium service, I only incurred a loss.
I am completely dissatisfied by the service during this period which incurred me significant loss and made economically bankrupted, also wiped out Two lakhs of the capital of my NSE Demat account in just a few days.
. By joining the delight financial service, I suffered a significant loss of (Rs *,**,***/-) massively and also currently I unable to manage my family and family expenditure.
I completely dissatisfied by their service and would like to discontinue the service, When I requested to unsubscribe the service and refund my total money paid then they are denying and delaying my request.
I request VOXYA and SEBI (semi.gov.in) to take further action and refund the subscription amount (Rs *,**,***/-) and provide me legal justice. Thank you.
